Websites for mobile mechanics in Glasgow

A Glasgow driver with a dead battery on a tenement street is searching for a mobile mechanic on a cold phone. The site has to give them a number, a quote box and the areas you cover in the first screen.

What matters for your trade here.

Parking, driveways and the street

A lot of Glasgow cars live on the street outside a tenement, with no driveway to work on. Say what you can do at the kerb and what needs a lift, and whether you cover the suburbs where there is a driveway. Customers in the Southside and East End want to know before they ring.

The quote box does the work

Most people searching for a mobile mechanic want a price before anything else. The template has a get a quote box with your phone and email at the top, so someone can describe the fault, give the registration and get a reply. We keep that box above everything else on a phone.

Services, MOT prep and the winter

Glasgow winters mean batteries, bulbs, wipers and the odd car that will not start on a frosty morning. List those jobs along with servicing, brakes and MOT prep as cards with a price from, and the site reads like a mechanic who turns up, not a garage with a waiting room.

Sites we have built here.

Diamante Flooring

A high end flooring showroom on Paisley Road West whose old website had gone. We built a ten page site to show what we would do.

Demo build, Kinning Park, Glasgow

Portman Paws

A dog groomer at 5 Portman Street in Kinning Park. We built the site on our dog groomer template with their own photos and logo.

Demo build, Shawlands, Glasgow

An artisan cheese, wine and deli shop in Shawlands with 168 products on Shopify. We rebuilt the whole shop on our shop engine in their own look.

What your website looks like.

The layout

A dark page with your name big at the top, your headline beside a get a quote box with your phone and email, your services and packages as cards, why choose you, and your reviews.

Your photos

Four photo spots, made for you under a bonnet, a job on the driveway, your van and tools, and a finished job. Until you add yours, free example photos show you how it looks.

Good to know.

Can customers send their registration and fault through the site?

Yes. The quote box is a short form with the registration, the fault and their postcode, and it lands in your email. Nothing is stored on our server. You reply with a price or ring them back.

Can I show which postcodes I cover?

Yes. The areas you cover get their own section, with the names people use and the postcodes beside them, so a search for a mobile mechanic in the Southside or the suburbs finds you. You add or drop areas from your login.

I am a one man band. Does the site have to look big?

No, and it should not. The template is dark, plain and built around your number and the quote box. Your own photo under a bonnet and a line about how long you have been doing it is what makes people ring.

How much does it cost?

£99 for the website, then £20 a month hosting. £119 gets it live: the site plus your first month.

How quickly is it live?

Within 48 hours of payment, on your own web address.

Can I change it later?

Yes. You get your own login to change the words and photos whenever you like, and we make small changes for you when you ask.
