Six steps, live in one to two weeks
A free first design before you pay a penny
Stage one
Before you pay anything.
You see a real design before any money changes hands. If you do not like it, we shake hands and that is that.

You get in touch
Tell us what your business does and roughly what you are after. A few lines is plenty.

We send a fixed price
One number, agreed up front, so there is nothing to work out later. No obligation.

We build you a free example
A real first design in your own branding, not a stock template with your name dropped in. You look at it and decide.
Stage two
If you go ahead.

You say yes
We send you our terms and you reply to confirm. Then half the build cost, and we start properly.

We build the real thing
Your words, your photos, your colours. Two rounds of changes are included, so you get to say what is wrong and we fix it.

It goes live
The second half is due when it is finished. Then it goes live, or the files are sent to you.

Four things only you can do, because they belong to you. We will tell you when each one is due.

Your words and photos
A few lines about the business and any photos you have. Bullet points are fine, we will shape them.

A code for your contact form
Your form sends enquiries straight to you. The provider emails you a code to confirm your address. Forward it to us.
Ten seconds

A mailing list account, if you want one
The list must be in your name, so you open a free account. Send us its signup code and we do the rest.
Three minutes

Access to your Google listing
On Fully Managed we look after your Google listing. You add us as a manager in two clicks, and can remove us any time.
Two minutes
Everything else is on us: the build, hosting, domain and backups. Your domain is in your name and goes with you if you ever leave.
Afterwards
Once it is live.
If you are on one of the monthly plans, this is what carries on happening without you asking.

New prices, new photos, changed opening hours. You send us a message and we do it.

Your domain renews on time, your security certificate stays valid, and your site gets backed up. You never have to think about any of it.

No ticket system and no call centre. You message us and one of us answers.
Cancel with a month’s notice. Leave inside the first year and the discount on the build is due back. The site is yours to take.
