Websites for cafes and restaurants in Glasgow
Glasgow has more good cafes than anyone can keep up with, so people search before they choose. A page with your menu, your hours and a photo of the room is what gets you picked.

Glasgow
What matters for your trade here.
Brunch, students and the West End
The West End runs on brunch and coffee for students and people working from laptops. If that is your crowd, the menu, the wifi and whether you take laptops at lunchtime belong on the site. In the Southside and city centre the questions change: is there room for a pram, do you do takeaway, are you open on a Sunday.
Your menu as text, not a photo
Many Glasgow cafes put a photo of the chalkboard on Instagram and leave it there. A phone cannot read that and neither can Google. We type your menu in as real text with prices, so someone searching for a vegan breakfast or a dog friendly cafe near them can actually find you.
Rain changes everything
A wet Tuesday in Glasgow sends people indoors and onto their phones. Your opening hours and a line about whether you are quiet or busy at that time of day make the decision for them. A simple message that you are open until four and have tables free is worth more than a paragraph about your ethos.
A demo we built
Laboratorio Espresso.
A coffee shop on West Nile Street in the city centre, on our cafe template. A demo we built, not a client.
Our work in Glasgow
Sites we have built here.
Demo build, Glasgow
Diamante Flooring
A high end flooring showroom on Paisley Road West whose old website had gone. We built a ten page site to show what we would do.
Demo build, Kinning Park, Glasgow
Portman Paws
A dog groomer at 5 Portman Street in Kinning Park. We built the site on our dog groomer template with their own photos and logo.
Demo build, Shawlands, Glasgow
Starter Culture
An artisan cheese, wine and deli shop in Shawlands with 168 products on Shopify. We rebuilt the whole shop on our shop engine in their own look.
Free preview
See your business on a website before you pay a penny.
Tell us what you do and Kai builds you a free preview on one of our designs. If you like it, it goes live on your own web address for £99 then £20 a month. If you don’t, you owe nothing.

Questions
Good to know.
Can I update the menu without a web designer?
Yes, from your own login. Change a price, pull a dish, add the weekend special and publish. There is an undo button if you get it wrong and a preview before anything goes live. No ringing us for a menu change.
Can people book a table?
Yes. Our bookings add on puts a table booking button on the site, and the bookings land in your own Google Calendar. We hold none of the customer details. If you would rather just take the phone, we make the number big instead.
Can we show our Instagram?
We link to it with an icon and we show your own photos in a gallery. We do not pull the feed in live, because that makes the page slow and breaks when Instagram changes something. A gallery you update yourself works better.
How much does it cost?
£99 for the website, then £20 a month hosting. £119 gets it live: the site plus your first month.
How quickly is it live?
Within 48 hours of payment, on your own web address.
Can I change it later?
Yes. You get your own login to change the words and photos whenever you like, and we make small changes for you when you ask.
