How to get more nail clients with a simple website

Nail techs live on Instagram, but new clients search Google.

The short answer: put your treatments and prices on one page with your best sets, your opening hours and a way to book, and link it from your Instagram bio and your Google listing. That page does the job your Instagram cannot: it answers "how much" and "when" without anyone having to message you.

Where new clients come from

Regulars come back because the work is good. New clients come from three places: a friend's nails, Instagram, and Google. The first two you already cover. Google is the gap. When someone searches "nail salon near me" or "BIAB in" your town, Google shows businesses with a listing and a website. A nail tech with both gets the booking; a nail tech with only Instagram is invisible to that search.

What the page needs

  • Your treatments with prices: gel, BIAB, acrylics, nail art, removal
  • Six to eight photos of your sets, your best ones, not all of them
  • Your hours and whether you do evenings
  • How to book: phone, message, or a link to the booking app you use
  • Where you are

Keep the prices honest and current. "From" prices are fine. A client who knows a gel manicure is £25 before she books is a client who does not argue at the till.

What it costs

A website builder is £16 to £17 a month and you do all the work, checked on 2 October 2026. Our nail salon template is £99 to set up and £20 a month, you add your treatments and photos, and it is live within 48 hours with your own web address included.

The Instagram link

Once it is live, put the web address in your Instagram bio and on your Google listing. Both links count, and the bio link means every new follower can see your prices without messaging you.

See it with your name on it. Our nail salon template is £99 then £20 a month. Fill it in for free and only pay when you want it live.
